- Confirm that you selected the correct race event.
- Enter your full name exactly as used during registration.
- Try your permanent RIOT Runner ID.
- Allow a short time for recently completed payments to update.

How do I know whether my registration was successful?
Select the event and search using your name or RIOT Runner ID. Your registration and payment status will appear in the results.
Why is my bib number showing as pending?
Your registration may already be confirmed while bib allocation is still in progress. Check again after bib numbers have been assigned.
Why can I not find my registration?
Check the event selection and spelling of your name. You can also search using your RIOT Runner ID.
Does this page display my private information?
No. Only your name, Runner ID, race distance, registration status, payment status and bib number are displayed.
