By entering the RIOT 5th Anniversary Marathon (and any associated RIOT events), I confirm that I am medically fit to participate and understand that I take part entirely at my own risk. I understand that road running events carry inherent risks, and I will obey all instructions from race officials, marshals, and law enforcement. I hereby indemnify RIOT Zimbabwe, its organisers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and representatives against any loss, damage, injury, or death that I may suffer as a result of my participation in this event, however caused. I accept that it is my responsibility to ensure I am properly hydrated, trained, and equipped for the distance I have chosen. I consent to RIOT taking photographs and video footage of me during the event and understand that these images may be used, without compensation, in RIOT’s marketing and communication materials, including but not limited to the website, social media, printed materials, and partner promotions. I understand that if I do not wish my image to be used in this way, I must notify RIOT in writing before the event or by contacting the organisers after the event with specific removal requests. By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms.
